In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative errands, such as paperwork, working with different types of information, greeting attendees and making our office a nice place to come and to work in!

YOU'RE GOING TO DO

• Docs review, collateral package shipment to warehouse banks, follow up outstanding Notes;
• Assisting funding department in little thing such as funding the Note, rescanning the package;
• Reviewing trailing docs from time to time;
• Opening all incoming correspondence and transfer between departments;
• Decorating office, making supply orders, etc.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday 9-6;
• Willingness to work with papers and information;
• Ability to learn quickly or knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, computers and relevant software applications;
• High school diploma generally required;
• Keyboard skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
